All our items listed on this website, are special orders which means that the item(s) will be on order and specially imported from abroad for you.


Shipping Costs

Courier: R250 for the 1st item and R90 for EACH additional item
Registered Post: R80 for the 1st item and R30 for EACH additional item


Shipping Information

The customer has an option to choose between 2 Shipping Methods, namely Courier delivery OR registered post delivery.

1. Courier Delivery (Aramex)

1.1 Courier delivery Cost: R250 for the 1st item in your shopping cart and R90 for EACH additional item that you include in your order.

1.2 Courier Delivery Time-Frame: Please allow for 2-3 Business Days (Mon-Fri) for order processing PLUS an additional 10-17 Business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery .

1.3 Custom Duties, Taxes & Penalties:

Please be aware that since the package is sent from abroad, additional import duty fees,tax or penalties may be charged by your country’s customs department. We will not be held responsible or liable, nor will we pay the customs import duties, taxes or penalties on your behalf. It is your responsibility to pay customs import duties, taxes and penalties, regardless of the amount charged by the customs department of your country.

Upon delivery, you will need to produce your ID document and also give your signature upon receiving the parcel.

1.4 How to track your parcel online:

Go to the relevant website link below and enter the tracking number we have supplied to you when your order was dispatched.

2. Registered Post (Airmail via EMS / China Mail)

The parcel is sent via registered airmail.

2.1 Registered Post Cost: The cost is R80 for the 1st item in your shopping cart and R30 for EACH additional item that you include in your order.

2.2 Registered Post Delivery Time-Frame: Please allow for 2-3 Business Days (Mon-Fri) for order processing PLUS an additional 30-40 Business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery to your local post office.

2.3 Custom Duties, Taxes & Penalties:

Please be aware that since the package is sent from abroad, additional import duty fees,tax or penalties may be charged by your country’s customs department. We will not be held responsible or liable, nor will we pay the customs import duties, taxes or penalties on your behalf. It is your responsibility to pay customs import duties, taxes and penalties, regardless of the amount charged by the customs department of your country.

Customer Shipping Obligations & Liabilities:

It is very important to provide accurate shipping information and also note that we do not deliver to a P. O. Box address. We are not responsible for any returns due to wrong shipping information provided by you, including but not limited to: wrong street address, wrong telephone number and wrong email address.

Orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect telephone number and/or wrong street address given by the customer or the customer not being present to receive the order or the customer not claiming the order, will be charged the original shipping feel, plus the full return shipping fee as required by our suppliers, if the customer wishes for us to resend the order. You will NOT be refunded for items not delivered or returned to sender! Also please note that all custom duties, penalties or taxes charged (if any) are payable by you. We are NOT liable to pay it for you and you will NOT be refunded for your order, due to high custom duties, penalties or taxes charged by you country’s customs department.


Tracking / Consignment Number

An email notification will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number with this email. Please email us at sales@lingeriedelights.co.za if you did not receive a tracking number after 20 working days from the date of order, or if you did not receive the package 30 days after receiving notification that the package has been dispatched. For remote areas, it may take an additional 2 to 3 days to reach, depending on the location.

Please note: For parcels sent via Courier, you will be able to track your parcel online after about 4 working days have elapsed from the date when you have received the dispatch email notification.

Returns and Refund Policy

1.1 Availability of goods

The provision of goods is subject to availability. Availability for each product is indicated on the website, but this information is merely a guideline. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of the product availability information, although we do our best to ensure the accuracy of the information. In cases of unavailability, the Provider will offer the Client a similar product at the same or lower price. If the Client does not wish to accept the substitute product offered, the Provider will refund the client in full for the out of stock item within 14 days with no deductions. The Provider will only refund the client for the out of stock item, not for the entire order.

1.2. Returns & Refunds

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions within 14 days of making payment.

Please note that once you have placed an order, it may not be cancelled.

1.3 Returns & Refund Policy

  • Due to the intimate nature of our business, no lingerie or any other items will be refunded.
  • All our items listed on this website are special orders. which means that the item(s) will be on order and specially imported from abroad for you and that therefore orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If purchasing lingerie, please pay attention to the size details to avoid purchasing the wrong size. If you are unsure about a particular size or fit, please use our size chart or feel free to contact us for advice. We do not accept returns nor offer a refund if you ordered the incorrect size!
  • We do not offer a refund due to buyer remorse after the fact. If you think that our products are too expensive, then do not make a purchase. We do not force you to buy our products.
  • Actual product colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. As such, items will not be exchanged or refunded if there is a slight color variation between the color you see on the product image and the product you received.
  • With regards to product fabrics, product images are supplied to us by the manufacturers of the products. We in turn display these images on our website in good faith. As such we are not liable, should the fabric depicted in the product image and the product you receive differ slightly.
  • Orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect email address, incorrect telephone number and/or wrong street address supplied by the customer or due to the customer not being present to receive the order or the customer not claiming the order, will NOT be refunded.
  • Orders that are undelivered due to the customer not paying the relevant custom duties, taxes or penalties to their country’s customs department, will NOT be refunded. Lingerie Delights is NOT liable to pay the custom duties, taxes or penalties on the customer’s behalf. The customer has to pay any custom duties, penalties and taxes, as charged by the customs department of the customer’s country.

Items will only be considered for refund or exchange if:

1. Upon receipt of the item, it is found to be damaged. The term damaged in this instance, is defined as: The material of the item is torn. Loose stitching or buttons that are loose, is not considered as a torn item in this definition and as such will not be refunded or exchanged.

1.1 The refund or exchange of the damaged item will only be considered if: We receive an email notification from you, which includes photographic evidence clearly showing the damaged to the item, no later than 24 hours after delivery of the item has taken place. Should you contact us after 24 hours has passed, since the delivery/receipt of the item, we will not refund you nor exchange the item, as you could have worn the item already.

2. Upon receipt of the item, it is found that the item looks completely different to the item that you have ordered. The term completely different in this instance, is defined as: The item looks completely different in design, to the picture of the item on our online store. Slight difference in color of the item or if there is a difference in the material of the item received, compared to the pictures of the item on our online store, is not considered as being completely different in this definition, and as such, will not be refunded nor exchanged. Equally, if the item does not look as nice on you, as it looks on the model in the picture of the item on our store, it is not considered as being completely different in this definition, and as such, will not be refunded or exchanged.

2.1 The refund or exchange of the item which is completely different to the item you ordered, will only be considered if: We receive an email notification from you, which includes photographic evidence, that clearly shows that the item you ordered is completely different in design to the item’s pictures on our online store, no later than 24 hours after delivery of the item has taken place. Should you contact us after 24 hours has passed, since the delivery/receipt of the item, we will not refund you nor exchange the item, as you could have worn the item already.
